Reagent kit is intended for the quantitative detection of hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA and differentiation of HCV genotypes 1, 2 and 3 in clinical samples of blood plasma and serum by real-time RT-PCR. The kit contains reagents for real-time RT-PCR only. Assay kit securely determines HCV RNA in concentration not less than 15 IU/ml and enables to differentiate HCV genotypes in RNA concentration not less than 400 IU/ml.
