Reagent kit is intended for detection of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) RNA in clinical samples of blood plasma and serum by real-time RT-PCR. Form 1 contains reagents for RNA extraction and reagents for real-time RT-PCR; Form 2 – reagents for real-time RT-PCR only. Assay kits securely determine HIV RNA in concentration not less than 20 IU/ml.
